Independent research company

Sensor Tutkimus Oy is an independent research company specializing in surveys of well-being, health and safety at work. We have up to 10 years experience carrying out surveys for well-being and health and safety. We co-operate with Finnish Institute of Occupational Health to develop our surveys.

In addition to surveys of well-being and safety at work, we have a long experience of carrying out different market analyses, customized surveys and qualitative research with different methods. Our service selection also includes a product that supplements our surveys – the Rehtipeli® game developed by Karisma Konseptit Oy and offering for development of work communities a qualitative alternative based on board games.

We at Sensor consider it particularly important that our results are reliable and our methods are transparent. We want our customers to always be able to rely on our research results and, on the basis of these, draw reasonable conclusions and take necessary measures. In our research work, we follow instructions and recommendations from the Institute of Occupational Health and the international quality standard ISO 20252 that was introduced in Finland by the Finnish Association of Marketing Research Agencies (FAMRA).

We have many years of experience of using various statistical and qualitative methods of data collection and analysis. We also have the use of the latest programs and licences for carrying out different studies and analysing material. We maintain our employees’ skills with continuous follow-up and education.
